In the language of each people for a number of specific historical, geographical and ethnographic terms of some material or spiritual aspects of life are represented by more or fewer words and word-concepts, and varying degrees of classification.
For the purposes of explanation of the translation, however, it is important not to forget the fact that in the whole utterance separate categorical distinctions as would be neutralized. In the English language in the U.S., for example, to transfer the concept of "vehicle" is used a lot of purely American words. It is words such as limousine, sedan, hardtop, compact, convertible, station wagon, etc. which may or may not be in another language. But does this mean that these concepts cannot be conveyed in the whole statement? Not at all. On the other hand, in the Eskimo language, say, and a lot more words that characterizes the properties of snow than in English. The question is, does it follow that if in any particular language does not have those or other word-concepts; they generally are inexpressible in another language? The answer should be given a negative: In case of need, no matter what language people spoke, they may select and send in their own language semantic features of objects and phenomena of reality.

Thus, when considering actual or potential development of the vocabulary of the national language, one should bear in mind that the new words and concepts appear in the language not only when in fact there was already a real need (although this method is the usual method of neoplasms)But sometimes, simply as a result of certain emotional and psychological impact or as a result of verbal creativity of writers, poets, journalists, experts in the field of science and technology, translators. According to our observations, this effect is of two types - voluntary and involuntary.
